Evaluation
One of the poster conventions used in this movie poster is the title of the film. The first word in the title is Red but is crossed out and replaced with the word dead. This makes the title Dead Airlines. The eye catching image in this poster is the face; the face is the face of the main character and the character is infected as you can see by the eye colour. There is also two critic reviews on the on the poster, one from the sun and one from the daily mail.
To the left of the poster the character is represented as an infected as I have changed his eye colour and made the eye look bloodshot. The image and the text put together gives the film a dead look.
In the storyboard there a couple key moments like a character being infected, the way he was infected and havoc. These moments are not on screen for too long as they are to make the viewer want to know what happens next.
Midway through the trailer it comes up “From the directors of 28 days later…” 28 days later was a very successful zombie movie which reassures people that this movie will most likely be as good or better.
There is a song called “Scary monsters and nice sprites” played throughout. This song is dubstep which involves a lot of bass and drops. When the song is leading up to the drop there is a lot of suspension.
I chose 20th Century Fox and Dimension Films to distribute my film. I chose 20th century fox as they are very well known and have distributed many hits like Alien, Die  Hard, Predator and much more. And dimension films are very good with horror comedy with their Scary Movie series.
